Filming Agenda
Attached is my agenda for this coming Friday. Fridays seem to be the day our awesome uke's are willing and able, and by the time I get there Nick will have them warmed up 😉. If anyone has anything else they would like to see (keeping within the basic closed guard context) just let me know and I'll see what I can work in.

My request would be to add a this technique:The transition from the arm bar to the triangle from the guard. This is a nice attempt and reaction that uke falls into rather than you pushing it....Thanks...

The armbar to triangle are nice compliments of each other. I'll work in going from one to the other and back.

Got almost everything filmed this evening. I totally forgot about the transitioning from the triangle to the armbar and back. But it is on my list and I will hopefully work that in next time. I think they came out fairly well. I'm still adjusting to being in front of the camera and speaking to an audience that is not physically there. Now I just need to organize another list for next time.

Like a samurai from outerspace, just open up and let it happen.
