I haven't heard of him. The website has a very slick feel to it, and the dojo looks nice. I like his article on classical budo systems.

I think someone posted an article of his somewhere, I found it to be good read. Maybe it's the same article you're talking about. 😕

He is a black belt in aikido, judo and BJJ. He is under Roy Harris who trained under Saulo Ribiero who tained under the Gracies in Brazil.I have spoken to him once on the phone and seems to be a nice guy, approachable and humble.

We are not alone in the universe. There are other schools that realize the benefit of going slow and flowing from one position to another.
