Don't know if anyone has seen this or not, I think it's labeled wrong but still a neat video. I like the choke around the 1:18 mark, also the end with the arm break from kg is fun too. Thoughts?
The video is labeled knife fighting. But, it appears to me that he's essentially doing knife work empty-handed. From my very limited experiences with Filipino arts, the majority of the handwork is the same whether empty hand, knife or stick. The choke is pretty slick.... might have to play with that a bit. 😉
Sounds good Kyle! I don't know if I'll be at class Thursday or not, may be out of town for the weekend. But we should play with it soon! Look forward to it!
Oh, and as I watched it again, I don't think it's labeled wrong. The fact that I can count 3 knives on his right side hip, caught a glimpse of at least one on his left side and see what appears to be one hanging from his neck makes me think he might know a thing or two about knives. Or at least likes to accessorize with them! 😂
