So the question posed to me was.. "But what is the relevance to today world with the swari-waza?"

So I pulled out the bench from the front wall and put it on the mat, had everyone line up with one sitting down and ran through the swari work as if you were seated at the restaurant...
I shot some video and will post it up pretty soon.
Needless to say it was a fun class and very eye opening for most.
