If posture is distorted but the center remains stable (weight remains even on the long surface of both feet) then the postural break is meaningless...change in posture is a typical indicator of destabilization but not always a reliable one... To be clear, our goal is not to break posture but to provoke an unstable center of gravity and postural distortion is one indicator of that happening

I find this an important distinction. In your experience, what other indicators of destabilization have you found? Your discussion of breath in a previous post seems to point toward breathing as being an indicator of at least potential destabilization.
