I debated whether to post this in Budo or Off Topic, but decided on Budo based on the significance of the tea ceremony in Japanese society dating back to times of the samurai.

This is an interesting website. Lots of organic Japanese teas, but also a fair amount of information on tea ceremony and it's origins.
