Some things to say while you're working with your partner on the mat.

Yoroshiku onegaishimasu. : This is a standard greeting and roughly translates to "Please be kind to me." Always a polite way to say "I really don't want my wrist broken today." 😂

Sumimasen, douzo kudasai. : This is a nice way of saying, "No, it's like this." to be used when your partner just can't get it right. I'll probably hearing this more than anything else. 😳

Yappari desho. Mou ichi do onegaishimasu. Yukkuri onegaishimasu. : "I think I've got it. One more time please. Slowly please." 😉

"Them's fightin' words!" Section 😈

No practical language course is complete without 'fightin' words'. Literally, these words should not be used unless you really, really mean it.

Baka! : idiot 😨
Aho! : something really, really bad. 😲

Next week we'll put some of these together to make some new phrases we can use just about everywhere. And remember, don't use them 'fightin' words.'

Ganbatte!
