Wrap-around Harai-goshi
Here's a break down of my favorite throw and setup. I've heard the set-up go by many names but I like wrap-around. One of th thing's I love about this throw is that you can really take advantage of uke's movement to generate a dynamic throw without using strength.
Here our tori, Chris, and uke, Prentis, start in natural grips.

As Prentis steps forward, Chris adds a slight tug out and back with his collar grip. The angle of the tug is defined by a line that connects Prentice’s feet.

The tug forces Prentis into a line of off-balance. He takes accelerated steps to recover his balance and regain his posture.

As Prentis moves toward the rear, Chris shuffles backward to maintain fit and he releases his collar grip. Chris loops his arm under Prentice’s shoulder and reaches high and forward.

Once Prentis circles back onto Chris’s hip, Chris raises his leg and sweeps back. He sweeps back with a stiff leg, toes pointed.

Hooking under the shoulder forces Prentis into forward off balance. As long as uke’s posture is broken forward, there’s no change for him to counterthrow or hop onto your back. This fit also generates extra lift, making your uke light. The arm should reach up uke’s back and head along centerline. The hook will work without prefect alignment, but it opens an opportunity for uke to slip off and break contact.

From Nage no kata, we know tori's leg action for harai goshi is to lift the leg sideways. As tori pitches forward at the waist, his leg will automatically travel backward producing the reap. In the photos above, the leg lifting to the side is omitted, but it is present in the video clip below.
