Famous Judoka
Here's a list I compiled a while back of famous Judoka:- U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt was responsible for introducing Judo to the United States in 1902, and earned a brown belt in Judo. He also constructed a small dojo in the White House.

- Canadian Prime minister Elliot Trudeau
- Colorado Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell, captain of the 1964 US Olympic Judo team
- Actor James Cagney, with a fight seen in Blood On The Sun
- Gene LeBell, former professional wrestler and stuntman
- Actress Hillary Wolf (Home Alone I & II) was an Olympic competitor
- Allen Coage, perhaps better known as former professional wrestler “Bad News Brown”, was a 1976 Olympic Gold medalist
- Jeremy Glick, passenger aboard United Airlines Flight 93 which crashed in
Pennsylvania on September 11, 2001 after Glick and other passengers stormed the terrorists who hijacked the plane
