Website with Japanese name translation, hiragana, katakana
This website is neat. You may have to dig a little bit to get what you want though.

http://www.japanese-name-translation.com/

On the front page at the top is the name translator. When you put your name in, it will translate it into katakana (I believe).

Scroll down a little, and there is a link to "Get a Kanji Name". There are a lot of common names already translated. Their objective is to sell you calligraphy, but you can see the romaji pronunciation for your name (which you can use below) as well as a translation for what your name means.

If you scroll down, there is information on hiragana, katakana & romaji. There are also links on learning to write hiragana & katakana, complete with symbols. Clicking on a symbol will show you how to write it.
