Just wanted to congratulate Chris Gilbert and Todd Lannert (sp?) who were recently promoted to Shodan. I got to watch Todd and Christian demo, and it was a fine site to see. Two very, very fine aikido-ka doing beautiful work. Lovely.

And though I didn't see Chris's demo, I'm willing to bet it was equally nice, because everything I've seen from Chris is high-quality stuff.

We're fortunate to have folks like all three of these guys! Keep at it!
