Aikido Podcast
Don't know if anybody has heard of this or listens, I stumbled across it today. If you have, what are your thoughts on it (good, quality information)? If you have not ran across it, here's the link.

FYI, in case your not familiar with a podcast---it is a digital audio or video file available for download that you can listen to or watch on your Ipod. Although it is not necessary to have an Ipod to watch or listen, you can just use your computer. I think it may also be possible to use other MP3 type players such as the Zune too. You can typically subscribe to a particular podcast so you get updates each time there is a new one.

I have listened to some of the podcasts on this website. I have always found them interesting. For me, an artist like Ueshiba went through different stages of his art. Much like other great artists. It seems to me that Ueshiba instilled different parts of a complete art in different people. Listening to different viewpoints on the same art helps me to think of the art in a more complete picture. I like the interviews because they seem to add a different shade or contrast to what I have been learning.
