This is the turnover/pin that I showed after class on tuesday night.



I like the turnover and control aspect, but I'd like to work with it and find all the submissions that live there. I know the collar choke is there, thank you kyle. It seems to be a fruitfull roll.

You can use the two hands on the far shoulders, pull under to roll him on his side and you've got an armbar (which is what you're really looking for, isn't it? 😄 )

I'm kinda partial to the two different chokes we've found so far. 😂
