Fight Science
I taped last Sunday's Fight Science if anyone wants to see it. For those who haven't heard: The National Geographic Channel sponsored a show called Fight Science where they used crash-test dummies to scientifically test martial arts techniques. It's mostly striking techniques, but there are a few interesting tests.
It's more show than science, but a few interesting tests.
