ordered a copy of the dvd's for the dojo -- should be in in a week or so

5:30 pm or 6:00 ??? What would work best???

Well, I for one can't really squeeze an extra night of training into my schedule. I was thinking about trying to incorporate this either: in between Aikido & Judo Tuesday/Thursday night, as part of the regular Judo class on those nights, or after Judo on those nights.

I could probably do an early friday evening class. Need to be rested for Saturday mornings 😉

Count me in. Friday's sounds good to me.

I need a little more than a couple hours to sweet talk the mrs. It's going to take a couple of days to sweet talk her into adding another day to my kitchen pass. 😉 Also, are we talking about 5:30-6:30 or 5:30-7:00. This is info the wifey is going to need. She's been bustin' my beans lately, so we'll see how it goes.

Hey LM, that pic of me is kind of small. Can hardly see my prettiness. Is there a way you can upload a bigger copy or e-mail me a bigger copy? Same for the groups. I downloaded it but when I tried to make it bigger it got distorted.

I've split the discussions about Gracie Combatives from the original seminar disucssion. Enjoy!

if I can get a head count for friday I will make copies of the lessons so everyone will have something to review with...let's start off with lesson 1 to at least 4 or 5 on friday and if we can we can go further to 6 ...We have the dvd's and I'll have the hand outs....

great times on friday night...got through lessons 1 and 2 with a few extras along the way....we will review both these lessons first 15 minutes and catch up anyone wanting to join and then go on to lessons 3,4,5 and if possible 6 this coming friday....oct 16th....see you there...

Came across this on youtube. Thought I'd share with the group. I didn't know there were so many options when it came to corrective surgery. Belardo is the mack daddy of them all. 😎

will miss nov 20th class {my girls are doing gymnastics competition in Bartlesville saturday morning 7:30 am}but will return the 27th...5:30 to 6:30 ...otherwise Damone and John will be there reviewing and going over the lessons...see you all soon....thanks for the accolades Derek.!!!

Still on for this friday after thanksgiving....I'll be there after the seminar with Henry at 5:30 as usual...let me know...
