I've been interested in Stefan Stenudd for a while, and recently found this little kata of techniques against a jo. Thought it was interesting.

I came across him a few years ago and was interested in his AikiKen stuff. The ideas he has are good, but I'm not sure about his technique. He does alot of Iai and it's not a good as I think it could be.

We need an all AikiKen class Nick.....:O)
